The Cottage

The three bedroom, plus main bathroom and en-suite, self-catering cottage located in the Derbyshire Dales is warm, light and spacious, well fitted and equipped with gas fired central heating throughout.

There is a lovely view down the Lumsdale valley towards Matlock and across the rolling Derbyshire hills to Riber Castle. Running next to the cottage is the picturesque Bentley Brook. A barbeque and garden furniture are provided for use in the walled garden.

Living Area

The lounge/diner has a table for eight and two settees. An electric coal effect fire provides a focal point. TV and DVD Player are provided together with a selection of DVDs.


There are windows to the front and rear of the lounge/diner. French doors open on to a balconied deck. Steps from the deck lead to a paved sunny south-facing garden bordered by a dry stone wall.

Kitchen & Hall

The kitchen has an electric oven and a gas hob, washer/drier, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, table and four chairs. 

A fire extinguisher and fire blanket are on the wall behind the kitchen door.

 

The hall has a coat stand, shoe rack and book case containing a large variety of books, dvds, and brochures.

Bedrooms

The spacious main bedroom includes two single beds designed to form a double bed.  This bedroom also has an en-suite with wc, basin and shower cubicle.


Bedroom two has a full size double bed with access on both sides. 

 

The third bedroom has a single bed.


Each bedroom has drawers, wardrobes and a mirror.
