The three bedroom, self-catering cottage located in the Derbyshire Dales is warm, light and spacious, well fitted and equipped with gas fired central heating throughout.
There is a lovely view down the Lumsdale valley towards Matlock and across the rolling Derbyshire hills to Riber Castle. Running next to the cottage is the picturesque Bentley Brook. A barbeque and garden furniture are provided for use in the walled garden.
The lounge/diner has a table for eight and two settees. An electric coal effect fire provides a focal point. TV, DVD and video are provided together with a selection of pre-recorded DVDs and videos.
There are windows to the front and rear of the lounge/diner and French doors opening on to a balconied deck. Steps from the deck lead to a paved sunny south-facing garden bordered by a dry stone wall.
Kitchen & Hall
The kitchen has an oven and hob, washer/drier, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, table and four chairs.
The hall has a coat stand, shoe rack and book shelf containing a large variety of books, dvds, videos and brochures.
Behind the door is the fire extinguisher and a fire blanket.
The spacious main bedroom includes two single beds designed to form a double bed and an en-suite.
Bedroom two has a full size double bed with access on both sides. The third bedroom has a single bed.
Each bedroom has drawers, wardrobes and a mirror.
